What do you do when you don´t feel like training?
Or want to take action towards any other goal?
Today was one of those days. Foggy, cold, rainy. Just not the most inviting weather for a long hilly run.
I meditated and began to focus on the reasons why I should go out and run. Trying to switch off the mind chatter. Did it work?I´ll with you what you can do on "those" days and how you can change your point of view. It takes practice but you´ll feel so good for it.
