Nutrition & Self-Empowerment
My time with Anna was eye-opening, some of which took me a few weeks to even realize! I'd struggled with anorexia in my early 20's and while I'd recovered - I was still having issues with fueling my body. Some of my old patterns had crept in. Anna held a loving, joyful, and compassionate space for me to share without judgement & to process all of this.
I came out of my time with Anna with a new perspective and relationship with food & my body. I can honestly say I've never loved my body more than I do now and my relationship with food is stronger than ever!"
I reached out to Anna originally for my Marathon des Sables in April 2018, however I wanted to focus on my short term goal for a 40 mile run.
After a new born and busy with work I needed to get my running back on track and loose a few extra pounds. Anna quickly accepted the challenge and kept me on track with nutrition, running schedule and frequent check-ins. I was able to achieve my goal, finish my 40 mile run under my previous year’s time and amend some nutrition habits to improved ones.
Thanks Anna for your support and looking forward to training with you for the Marathon Des Sables 2018!
I have to say simply l feel stronger in mind and body.
I liked your relaxed, pleasant and personal approach, l felt really committed which in turn has given me a lot of belief in myself and to go for my dreams.
Now I feel l now have a more balanced training routine and proud of my race achievements because l really dug deep.

I believe that your coaching was exactly what I needed to get through a difficult time trying to transition to a new career. It's funny how you never know where a journey will take you! I don't think I would have ever signed up for career coaching, but ultra marathon running showed me how to find a path to much more meaningful work. I think there is so much value in combining personal growth with an athletic goal.
